• Working Finishing Foreman
• Location: Midhurst, West Sussex
• Contract type: Freelance
• Start date: May 2026
• Duration: 3- 4 Months
• Temp Rate: 200 - 230 per day

The Company

My client is a privately owned mixed use developer, which over the last 50 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and unique contemporary refurbished and newly built properties through the UK.

The Project

New build 5 x storey mixed use residential

Block one 2nd fix finishing stage

2 x Further blocks under construction

The Role

To work in the position of a Working Finishing Foreman reporting to the Project Manager

Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors and drive the production, completion and assist on the tools in the handover of the units

Key Requirements:

• Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
• Finishing Foreman must be able to manage snagging / defects, monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Site / Project Manager
• Come from a trade background with experiance in all aspects of completeing wet and dry Handyman and snagging works
• CSCS, Hand and Power Tools
• SSSTS, SMSTS, FIRST AID Desired but not essential
