What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will combine strong technical/compliance acumen with a polished, highly communicative leadership style. Experience & Skills: Sector Expertise: Proven track record of managing both Hard and Soft FM services within a large-scale Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract (experience within education, public sector, or heritage portfolios is highly desirable). Workplace Experience: Demonstrated capability in creating and executing successful "Workplace Experience" or hospitality-led initiatives across complex estates.
