Our client, a reputable Building Maintenance Contractor working in the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to join their team on a temp-perm basis covering the Hackney and Haringay area. 43-45k per annum Plus car allowance or company van. Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL. Half the time is office based and the other half will be out in the field conducting surveys (Up to 16 per week). Surveyor I am currently working with a specialist roofing business who require a number of surveyors to join their team in the South. They are based close to Ferndown and cover the central Southern Area. They have a requirement for 5-7 Surveyors to join their team. The work is across Hampshire and Dorset in the main and you will be required to travel. A vehicle and fuel card will be provided. You will attend private residences to survey the roofing job prior to the installation teams arrival to fit the roof.
