Bid Managers / Proposals Managers - Construction & Engineering I'm speaking with a number of contractors who are actively looking to strengthen their bid and pre-construction teams. Strong Bid Managers are becoming increasingly difficult to hire, particularly those with experience in winning work across construction and engineering projects. Roles I'm working on include: Leading bid submissions for major contractors Supporting work-winning teams on frameworks and tenders Opportunities across main contracting, civils, and M&E Salaries typically range from 45k- 75k+ depending on experience. Even if you're not actively looking, I can give you a clear view of the market and what opportunities exist. Apply or message me for a confidential discussion.
