We're recruiting a Facilities & Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a facilities maintenance contract across an impressive residential estate in Blackheath. The Project Construction Leader will be responsible for setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification and final handover.
