Job Title: Working Supervisor Location: Dundonnell Duration: Ongoing Start: ASAP Hours: 11 days on, 3 days off rotation. Monday to Friday - 13 hours per day available (including travel). Saturday 7:00am until 4:30pm. Sunday 8:00am until 3:00pm. 4 Weeks left of Nightshift Rates: Depending on Experience Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the site team and daily works. Be hands-on and assist with civil engineering works as required. Allocate labour, plant and materials effectively. Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Read and work from construction drawings and RAMS. Liaise with the Site Manager and wider site team. Monitor progress and report any issues or delays. Requirements: Previous experience in a Working Supervisor / Civils Supervisor / Ganger role. Strong civil engineering and groundworks experience. Experience supervising and working alongside site teams. Good understanding of health & safety. Ability to read and understand drawings. SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS Supervisor Card. Good communication and organisational skills. Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
