Job Description
An established passive fire protection contractor is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee projects across the Midlands.
The company specialises in firestopping, compartmentation and fire doors, delivering works across residential, commercial, healthcare, education and social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise firestopping, compartmentation and fire door works.
- Manage site operatives and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Carry out quality checks and maintain site documentation.
- Liaise with Project/Contracts Managers, clients and other site teams.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within passive fire protection or a related construction discipline.
- Longevity with current/recent employer
- Strong knowledge of firestopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors.
- CSCS required; NVQ Level 2, SSSTS/SMSTS
Package
- 40,000 - 50,000 basic salary
