The Role You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives, you'll coordinate all site activities while maintaining programme deadlines, budget expectations and health & safety compliance. The projects include extensive refurbishment and upgrade works to high-rise residential blocks, involving: External cladding replacement Façade refurbishment Roofing improvements Fire safety remediation works Structural repairs Mechanical and electrical alterations Groundworks and external landscaping You'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards and ensuring residents experience minimal disruption throughout the programme. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day site operations from project start through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to specification. Promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture across site. Carry out regular site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the build. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues affecting programme delivery. We're looking for a motivated Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment or construction projects within the residential or social housing sector. You'll ideally have: Proven experience managing refurbishment, capital works or construction projects. Experience overseeing works to mid-rise or high-rise residential buildings. Knowledge of external envelope, façade, roofing or fire remediation projects. Strong leadership and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence.
