A strong understanding of construction methods, materials and pricing. Experience preparing tenders and detailed cost estimates. Good commercial awareness and the ability to identify project risks. The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines. Confidence working independently while collaborating with wider commercial and operational teams.
