The Role As our Technical Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating documentation, managing technical records, supporting reporting, arranging training and events, and assisting with project administration across a range of specialist construction and engineering projects. You'll work closely with senior managers, technical teams and HSE professionals, playing a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting business operations. Key Responsibilities Technical Administration Provide administrative support to the Technical team Maintain and update technical documentation and company management systems (IMS) Coordinate project documentation, technical reports and site records Support Design Managers with consultant contracts and documentation Assist with tender submissions and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) Maintain SharePoint records and consultant databases Coordinate handover documentation including O&M manuals, drawings and certification Track documentation progress and produce regular status updates Prepare and update workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio Produce meeting minutes, action trackers and technical correspondence Health & Safety Administration Provide administrative support to the HSE team Maintain training records, registers and compliance documentation Assist with incident reporting and action tracking Support production of monthly HSE reports and statistical analysis Coordinate meetings, training sessions and CPD events Arrange travel, accommodation and conference bookings Maintain internal databases and reporting systems General Administration Schedule meetings and manage diaries where required Organise meeting rooms, catering and hospitality Prepare reports, presentations and documentation Maintain accurate filing systems and document control processes Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities.
