With a pipeline more than a Billion and secured work till 2023, our client is looking to invest in additional employees that can develop and grow with the business. With all their schemes being across London, they solely focus on high end residential projects with an impressive portfolio to date.
Due to demand, they currently require an additional Quantity Surveyor to work on one of their Flagship schemes located in Central London. This scheme is a one of their largest developments and will be phased across high end residential and mixed used until 2023. As Quantity Surveyor you will take control of all commercial aspects and report directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor overseeing the site.

Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor required for High-end Contractor (Projects across London and South East) Operating for almost 20 years, my Client operates exclusively in the Super Prime Residential sector and provides Construction Management expertise with an internal M&E Department. They are now looking to strengthen their Commercial department by hiring an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor. The Business has considerable expertise in significant and substantial structural works including basements, retained facades and major alterations to load bearing structural features. They also have strong expertise in integrating old and new, by harmonising complex M&E and audio visual service installations sympathetically within the fine finishes of prestige properties. Project values range from £5 - £50 million. Assignments include luxury construction projects in Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Kensington - super-prime locations that set the international standard in high-end residential excellence. The established in-house M&E business consists of M&E Managers, M&E Estimators, M&E Foreman, all supported by an in-house M&E CAD Department. You will be either a fully RICS qualified or equivalent M&E Quantity Surveyor at their South London Office. The role will include all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy pre and post contract duties including preparation of tenders, cost planning, compiling estimates, contract administrative agreement of final accounts, value engineering and procurements / standardisation work. Ideally you will come from an M&E Design and Build background. The post offers a real opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a successful growth record and very real prospects. You will have held a similar QS'ing position with an M&E Contractor. The successful applicant will ideally come from an M&E Sub-contracting background.
