Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential Developer - Competitive Salary & Benefits Fawkes and Reece are proud to assist a well-respected residential London Developer who have won numerous awards for delivering schemes to the highest of standards. Being Privately owned, and well established our client typically work on developments up to 400 Homes. With a pipeline more than a Billion and secured work till 2023, our client is looking to invest in additional employees that can develop and grow with the business. With all their schemes being across London, they solely focus on high end residential projects with an impressive portfolio to date. Due to demand, they currently require an additional Quantity Surveyor to work on one of their Flagship schemes located in Central London. This scheme is a one of their largest developments and will be phased across high end residential and mixed used until 2023. As Quantity Surveyor you will take control of all commercial aspects and report directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor overseeing the site. Our client is looking for someone from a Developing or Main Contracting background with residential experience.
