Purpose of the Role To support the commercial and estimating functions on social housing, refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build construction projects , assisting in cost planning, tendering, valuations, and financial control to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements. Quantity Surveying Assist in preparing cost plans and budgets for planned maintenance, voids, cyclical works, and refurbishment schemes .
