Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within an M&E contractor or building services environment. Strong understanding of electrical building services installations, including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, data and associated systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation. Experience preparing estimates for commercial, industrial or public-sector construction projects. Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
