Ensuring that all on-site activities are delivered safely to the highest quality, on programme and within budget, from conception through to completion. As our Contracts Manager you will be responsible for: Managing setting up each project, from allocating the site team, handover from estimating, agreeing budgets, reviewing retrofit information, sub-con procurement & formulating programmes. Day-to-day management of site managers, Site Supervisors, Tenants Liaison Officers, and any Site Operatives under your control.
