Our work is mainly on large extensions to private houses/new builds of individual properties and refurbishment of existing/older properties. All our projects new and existing, are mainly within the Cardiff Area. The position can be on the books with usual perks of paid holidays, bank holidays and pension, or on a self employed basis. Employment packages can be negotiated for the right trades people. - Brick Layer with associated trade knowledge or working with other trades. Are able to work and read drawings and supervising other trades. Salary starting from 22.50 per hour to 25.00 per hour depending on experience and proven track record. - Carpenter/Joiner with a proven trade record ideally with experience of supervising other trades, however not essential. Salary 21.00 per hour to 25.00 per hour. - Multi Trades/Carpenter/Brick Layer/Plasterer Salary 19.00 per hour to 23.00 per hour depending on experience.
