Multi Skilled Carpenter - Maintenance Carpenter/Multi Skilled TEMP TO PERM Van supplied Resourcing Group is working with a well-known and well established maintenance contractor who specialise in carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance, operating in occupied social housing properties, across Exeter and Mid Devon mainly with the odd jobs in to North Devon on occasion. The business would like to hire 3 additional experienced Multi Trade people with demonstrable experience with in either the Carpentry or Plastering trade, bias toward one or the other, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades also eg basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing eg fixing a leak. This is a role being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, offering genuine security as well as a company van, fuel card and fair benefits including travel expenses and more. Multi Trade Operative - Working in VOID properties Permanent opportunity RG Setsquare has been appointed by a maintenance contractor to support with hiring an experience Multi Skilled Trade person able to carry out refurbishment works in empty homes. The works will mostly be in the the Swindon areas, with some travel to Cirencester areas also. This would therefore suit someone based in either location, or somewhere in between the 2. The contractor specialise in carrying out social housing maintenance works, operating on behalf of public sector landlords; Housing Associations and Local Authorities and specifically working in occupied homes. They would like an experienced person from either a plumbing, or carpentry bias background with some kitchens and bathroom installation experience, ideally, able to turn their hand to other skills such as tiling, basic carpentry eg boxing in pipe work, patch repair if required and silicone works to offer the best and most efficient service to their end clients as possible. The Role You will be carrying out a range of multi-trade tasks across occupied social housing properties in Cheltenham. Candidates with a plumbing or carpentry bias are particularly encouraged to apply, though wider trade experience will be a distinct advantage in this varied, fast-paced role.
