MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE CONTRACT CHELTENHAM
CIS Available £22.50 £25.00/hr 37.5 Hour Paid Week

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for ongoing contract work across social housing stock in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for a trade professional looking for consistent, long-term work with a reliable weekly pay structure.

The Role
You will be carrying out a range of multi-trade tasks across occupied social housing properties in Cheltenham. Candidates with a plumbing or carpentry bias are particularly encouraged to apply, though wider trade experience will be a distinct advantage in this varied, fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of social housing properties
• Deliver high quality workmanship to occupied homes with minimal disruption to residents
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used
• Represent the client professionally when working in residents' homes

Essential Requirements

• Proven multi-trade experience in a repairs and maintenance environment
• Plumbing and/or carpentry bias desirable
• Experience working on social housing stock advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
