Key Responsibilities General property maintenance and repairs. Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch plastering. Flooring, tiling, and minor refurbishment works. Responding to maintenance requests and defect rectifications. Conducting apartment inspections and preparing units for new residents. Maintaining communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns. Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents and site teams. Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative, or similar role. Strong all-round trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs. Experience working in residential properties. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Full UK driving licence preferred.

Multi Trader Based around Salisbury to cover Dorset up to Warminster Temp to Perm £20 an hour - CIS & Van and fuel card provided while temp. Permanent Salary is £34,000 per annum after 12 weeks.
