The Contracts Manager leads a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Role You will oversee electrical installation activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery against programme and specification. You will be working within an existing project structure that includes: Electrical-biased M&E Project Manager Mechanical Site Manager Junior M&E Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Managing electrical installation works, labour resourcing, and subcontractor coordination Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management Reviewing drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance Supporting testing, commissioning, and quality control processes Maintaining site safety in line with legislation and company procedures Liaising with clients, design teams, and supply chain partners Requirements: Proven track record as an Electrical Site Manager within building services Experience on large M&E packages or care home, residential, or healthcare schemes Strong understanding of electrical compliance, testing, and industry regulations SSSTS or SMSTS ECS/CSCS and relevant electrical qualifications Contract Details: Day Rate: £300 per day (Ltd / CIS subject to eligibility) Duration: 12 months with potential continuity onto upcoming projects If you're an experienced Electrical Site Manager seeking a secure contract and the opportunity to deliver a prestigious scheme, we welcome your application.
