I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the North Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area. Work will include planned maintenance such as hanging doors, replacing architraves and installing skirting. Looking for a working Foreman with a joinery background. Needs to be able read drawings / plans and Manage a squad of other Trades on Site .Initial role is on a Domstic Refurbishment but Commercial Projects to follow. SMSTS or SSSTS preferred but not essential . This is an ongoing position and may lead to a Permanent Position

We currently require a SSSTS site foreman to work with our client. A valid CSCS card and SSSTS certificate is required. Duties to include internal woks including Joinery on a domestic refurb as well as looking over the day to day running of the project. Joinery experience is required however not essential. Temporary opportunity for a minimum of 6 months. – quite possible to be extended on further projects as our client has a growing portfolio across the North East.
