Work collaboratively with procurement teams to ensure compliant and effective tender processes. Review technical information, surveys, drawings and project briefs. Identify risks, scope gaps and procurement issues before packages are issued. Support contractor engagement and tender clarification processes. Assist with tender evaluations, award recommendations and supplier feedback. Maintain programme trackers and provide progress reporting to stakeholders. Ensure projects are commercially robust and deliver value for money. About You We are looking for an experienced pre-construction professional with a strong background in capital works, planned maintenance, refurbishment or construction project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to support the delivery of statutory compliance across a diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring compliance programmes, managing contractor performance, maintaining accurate compliance data, and ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
