Key Responsibilities Electrical Compliance & Maintenance Maintain 100% electrical compliance across the housing stock. Ensure all electrical repairs and remedial works are raised, completed on time, and delivered to a high standard, including effective post-inspections. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory health and safety requirements, including correct execution, testing, and record keeping. Manage contracts in compliance with CDM Regulations. Contract & Service Management Provide specialist electrical and maintenance advice to colleagues when required. Work collaboratively across the Directorate to promote best practice and improve service delivery. Manage contractor performance and ensure maintenance services meet contractual obligations and customer expectations. Support the planning, monitoring, and management of maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to achieve value for money. Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
