Experience managing a large-scale, trophy commercial building or estate. Strong knowledge of both hard and soft FM services and contractor management. Proven experience managing teams and leading service providers to deliver exceptional standards. Excellent understanding of landlord and tenant relationships within commercial property. Strong commercial awareness, service charge budget management and contract management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements within commercial property. NEBOSH General Certificate (essential). IWFM membership or working towards membership (highly desirable). Role details Salary up to £50,000. Monday to Friday working pattern.
