Key Responsibilities Carry out general property maintenance and handyman duties across residential and/or commercial properties Undertake basic carpentry and joinery work Carry out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance Complete basic electrical tasks where appropriately qualified/competent Painting, decorating and general finishing works Repair doors, locks, handles, fixtures and fittings Assemble and install furniture, shelving and other property fixtures Identify maintenance issues and carry out appropriate repairs Complete snagging works on development and refurbishment projects Prepare properties for occupation, handover or inspection Liaise with contractors and trades where specialist work is required Ensure properties and sites are left clean, safe and presentable Purchase or collect materials and equipment where required Maintain tools, equipment and the company vehicle Provide updates on jobs completed and highlight any additional works required
