You will be joining a growing specialist contractor at a point where the design function is becoming a real engine room of the business. That means regular exposure to varied project types, from detailed investigation and remedial work on existing buildings through to full external envelope schemes on new or heavily refurbished structures. You will be involved from early stage design through to construction detail, helping to solve real world site challenges rather than producing drawings in isolation. You will be joining an established design team of three, giving you immediate peer support, but also genuine space to put your own stamp on how things are done. The role is hybrid, with a balance of office time in modern riverside offices in North Greenwich, focused home working and regular site visits to gather information first hand and see your designs being delivered. Occasional overnight stays may be required where projects demand it.
