They are looking for a Commercial Manager from a principal contractor and fit out contractors side with experience of minimum 5 years, stability within your working career and degree qualified.
Requirements
Ability to work to programmes and deadlines.
Managing all Commercial aspects of the project reporting to the Commercial Director and Operation Director
Be able to communicate with all levels of clients and staff
Managing Variations to contract on accounts
Managing and producing Labour payments.

Commercial Manager Fit Out/Drylining/Principle Contractor
Based in the City of London, and established for nearly twenty years, both sides have a respected reputation, with blue chip clients, in the internal fit-out sector has a combined turnover in excess of £35m.
They are both engaged as principal contractors on commercial projects, in particular, banks financial institutions as a sub-contractor for well-established main contractors. The value of each project is typically around £2m-£6m, located primarily in London, and the south & south east of the UK, and as principal contractors, their works include the complete suite of construction activities from demolition & piling to fit-outs; MEP works; joinery; drylining & finishing trades.
The other side of the business are engaged as dry-lining & suspended ceiling fit-out contractors on commercial projects including,commercial offices; Government buildings; entertainment; high end residential; and retail. The value of their projects are between £1m-£10m,
