Strong understanding of site establishment and day-to-day site management processes. Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades. Good knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on site. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience overseeing scaffolding operations. Knowledge of roofing, structural steelwork and drainage installations.
