You will manage helpdesk requests through the Facilities Management system, prepare rooms for teaching and events, carry out porterage duties and assist with fuel supply management. You will also be responsible for the daily opening and closing of college buildings, responding to fire and intruder alarms and working closely with external contractors carrying out works on site. Maintaining safe working practices will be central to your role. You will comply with Health and Safety procedures, support COSHH requirements and risk assessments, and help ensure the campus remains a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for everyone.
