Reporting to senior management, the Health & Safety Advisor will provide both technical and administrative support to ensure the highest standards of HSE performance and compliance are achieved across all projects. Key Responsibilities HSE Management & Planning Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of key HSE management plans, including Project Management Plans (PMP), Construction Phase Plans (CPP), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist with the preparation and approval of Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and work permits. Safety Leadership & Engagement Deliver and support site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Technical Support & Compliance Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters throughout all phases of project delivery, from tender to completion. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven experience within a civil engineering or construction environment. Strong passion for health, safety, and environmental excellence. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications.
