Responsibilities and duties Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems in commercial buildings Complete electrical maintenance Use handheld technology within allocated timescales Work as part of a team when required Work within agreed SLA's Supervise sub-contractors Complete general FM duties as and when requiredQualifications and skills Electrical qualification 2391, Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III, 18th Edition or equivalent Experience of electrical/mechanical maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Distribution boards, plumbing, small power and lighting (where applicable). The Multi Skilled Electrician/PPM Engineer this is a mobile role covering a number of sites across the South of the country some nights and early starts will be required this position offers a varied day to day work load. The successful candidate will be expected to visit sites as directed by the central help desk to carry out both Electrical repairs, PPM's and general reactive works to the properties as well as assisting other technicians on more detailed fit out or complex works.
