Create processes and procedures to review the competency of other members of the team. Where appropriate, liaise with Design Managers and the wider design team to ensure they and specialists have provided information and detail to demonstrate compliance requirements of the legislation. Ensure that design information is of a consistent high standard, compliant, and deliverable for the project. Keep accurate records of conversations and decisions. Upon completion of the design, sign as the "Principal Designer" duty holder for and on behalf of Willmott Dixon. Assist sites and respond to questions or items raised through site inspections by others, where required. Engage with and mentor our regional design manager community.
