The Plumber plays a key role in maintaining essential plumbing, heating and mechanical services across the site, ensuring compliance, safety and high quality maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities You will complete the installation, testing and commissioning of plumbing and mechanical systems in line with your qualifications and Health and Safety regulations. You will deliver planned maintenance, reactive repairs and small works, responding to tasks raised through the CAFM system and prioritising work effectively. An unvented water heater G3 qualification is required. Being Gas Safe registered is desirable but not essential. You should have at least two years experience as a Plumber with experience in commercial or industrial water and heating systems.
