The successful candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Damp & Mould . Role Details Position: Property Surveyor Location: Essex Rate: 36.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Carry out pre-inspections, building and stock condition surveys to identify defects and future investment requirements, including the preparation of detailed reports, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure appropriate remedial works are undertaken.
