The company get regular repeat business from their clients, and have a great reputation due to the quality of work they deliver. They specialise in retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades to tenanted social housing properties across the country. They are seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to join them on a permanent basis, working on retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades work to tenanted Social Housing properties on two sites in the Sheffield, Nottingham areas (a van and fuel card will be provided). Work will include improving ventilation to tenanted properties: door undercuts, trickle vent blocking, drilling core holes etc. This is a great opportunity with lots of opportunities to progress within the company up to Site Manager level in around 1 year's time. If you already have SMSTS or SSSTS, this would be ideal but not essential as the company would put the successful candidate through this qualification. You will be reporting into a Project Manager and your responsibilities will include: Supervising other tradesman and sub-contractors to ensure work is being completed to a high standard of quality, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget. Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
