Our Client is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the UK, based in the South of England area. This position assumes a key role supporting and developing relationships with customers in the region. This will involve ensuring the delivery of existing contracts runs to the highest standards along with developing and delivering new sales and technical commercial proposals. The main focus is on LV Auto-reclosure equipment with fault finding technology. The role requires the ability to sell service concepts and ways of working to customers. The role will also have responsibility for directly managing a team of Field Support Engineers to ensure all customer needs and requirements are met to the highest standards and in line with service level agreements.
The role will also be required to liaise with customers regarding the selling of Client Power HV monitoring equipment in line with business needs in the region.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
Supporting key customer existing contracts and the delivery of proposals to new customers
Sell new products, concepts, services and ways of working. Provide appropriate product demonstrations
Co-ordinating customer training and follow up including on-site visits.
May participate in site surveys and site meetings.
Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
Travel within the UK, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required.

Must have strong customer service skills, can interact confidently with customers and can provide training on equipment and products.
Strong commercial & financial awareness background
Experience in staff management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. A background in training would be of use.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word
Clean driving license
Willingness to start early and finish late as required.
Ability to accommodate occasional stays away from home.

3rd Level Degree in relevant discipline
