Job Purpose Working within the Project Commercial Team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) will provide full commercial support across projects from pre-construction through to final account and handover. The role is responsible for identifying and mitigating commercial risks, while also maximising opportunities to ensure optimal project margins. The SQS will ensure full commercial compliance and governance across all projects, delivering accurate reporting to both internal stakeholders and clients. You will play a key role in budget development, client proposals, and maintaining strong financial performance throughout the lifecycle of each project.
