Conrad Consulting is proud to be supporting a highly respected, forward thinking consultancy as they look to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established cost management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced QS who wants to work on high profile projects while progressing within a dynamic, people focused business.

You ll take a leading role in delivering cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed use, and public sector schemes. Responsibilities include:

• Full pre and post contract cost management

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies

• Managing procurement strategies and tender processes

• Contract administration and employer s agent duties

• Leading client relationships and supporting junior team members

• Contributing to business development and project delivery strategy

• Strong background in cost consultancy or PQS environments

• MRICS qualified

• Proven experience managing projects independently

• Excellent communication and client facing skills

• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong technical capability

• Competitive salary of £65,000 £75,000, depending on experience
