Project Manager - Estates / FM Projects
Location: Dudley
Sites: Russells Hall Hospital, Guest Hospital & Corbett Hospital
Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of capital projects, lifecycle works and client variations across a busy healthcare estate.

Main duties:

• Manage projects from initial scope through to completion and handover
• Deliver multiple projects safely, on time and within budget
• Manage contractors, consultants and site teams
• Produce project programmes, budgets, risk registers and progress reports
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, Building Regulations, Health & Safety and HTM guidance
• Liaise with Estates, Maintenance, clinical teams and other key stakeholders
• Manage commissioning, handover and project close-out

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering FM, Estates or construction projects within occupied buildings
• Strong M&E / building services knowledge
• Experience managing contractors and multiple projects
• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management or similar
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
