The role as Housing Options Assistant will involve being a specialist working on Manchester Move

Your role will primarily involve dealing with customers, advising them around processes and decisions. Also you will be managing applications through Manchester Move

You will also be required to deal with telephone enquiries, supporting the customer services team where required
