Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required for an industrial unit in Farnborough, starting in January 2027 with an estimated project duration of 10 months.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead site operations from inception through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Project scope includes:

• Groundworks
• Steel frame construction
• Cladding & roofing
• Internal fit-out
• M&E installations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
