Site Manager

Site Manager required for upcoming roofing, voids and refurbishment programmes in the Leicestershire area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager with previous experience in roofing, voids and refurbishment programmes would be a major advantage. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork. The Site Manager will have with a strong background in construction, experience managing site teams and subcontractors, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
