Site Manager

Delta Personnel is looking for a Site Manager for a clean water reservoir tower refurbishment project.

The works involve roof membrane replacement, birdcage scaffolding and crane lifts.

Duties

• Manage site establishment and daily site activities
• Oversee roof membrane removal and replacement
• Coordinate scaffolding installation, alterations and dismantling
• Coordinate crane lifts, deliveries and material movements
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors, working to programme
• Manage site safety, RAMS, permits, inspections and paperwork
• Liaise with the client and project team
• Maintain clean water hygiene standards throughout the works

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Temporary Works qualification would be a bonus
• EUSR Water Hygiene and Thames Water pass. Client can help facilitate if required
