Job Description

An opportunity for a Senior Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of residential developments from land acquisition through to construction.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee infrastructure and groundworks design across multiple residential developments.
• Manage external engineering consultants and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate approvals with local authorities and statutory bodies.
• Review engineering solutions to ensure quality, compliance and value.
• Support the progression of developments through planning, technical design and delivery stages.
• Work closely with Land, Commercial, Technical and Construction teams to drive projects forward.

Essential Experience

• Residential development or housebuilding experience
• Infrastructure and groundworks knowledge
• Consultant and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent)
• Technical approvals and regulatory knowledge
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
