Site Manager

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a new-build retail unit project, running through to February 2027.

The project involves a steel frame structure, with associated cladding works and general construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor programme, quality, and site progress.
• Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or retail construction projects.
• Experience with steel frame structures and cladding works.
• Strong organisational, communication, and health and safety skills.
• Relevant site management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid).

Duration: Immediate start through to February 2027.
