A leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator to join its established pre-construction team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing competitive cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
• Working closely with design, commercial and pre-construction teams.

Requirements

• Experience as an Estimator within fit-out, interiors or refurbishment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
