This role would suit a commercially minded individual who enjoys negotiating, building relationships and working towards targets.
You will be involved in converting rental enquiries into successful lets, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the growth of the lettings department, with the potential to progress into a Lettings Manager, Valuer or other senior position as your experience develops.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing rental enquiries and matching applicants to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Following up leads, negotiating offers and converting enquiries into successful lets
- Coordinating the lettings process through to offer acceptance and tenant referencing
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and working towards individual and team targets

- Ideally, at least six months' experience in lettings or estate agency
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and keen to develop a long-term property career
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
