Building Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Preston, Lancashire.

This role is working on small to medium sized refurbishment and maintenance projects on schools and public buildings.

This role requires people who are able to use AutoCAD and are familiar with NBS specification writer.

Pay is 36 per hour and 37hrs per week
