OTE £45k Uncapped Commission Company Car or Car Allowance Career Progression

We're looking for a Lister, Valuer or Estate Agent,or a successful Sales Negotiator ready to move into listing, to join Fox & Sons in Bournemouth, part of Connells Group.

You'll focus on winning business, building your local reputation and helping sellers make their next move, with training and support to develop your skills and grow your career.

You'll:

• Carry out property valuations and win new instructions
• Generate business through proactive prospecting and local relationships
• Give sellers clear advice on pricing and marketing their property
• Work closely with the branch team to grow market share and achieve targets
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our in-house Mortgage Advisors
• Build trust through clear communication and excellent service

What You'll Bring

• Experience in residential estate agency, with a strong sales record
• Valuation and listing experience, or the potential and ambition to develop these skills
• Confidence building relationships and winning business
• A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
• A full UK driving licence
