Project Manager

Project Manager required to join leading consultancy / management company based in the Winchester area. The Project Manager will ideally come from from a consultancy background. The Project Manager will ideally be chartered accredited or be in the process of completing chartership. The client have a broad project coverage from prime residential, residential, commercial, industrial, listed buildings, heritage and defence. Project Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, programming, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork.
